Welcome to the American Bespoke Tailoring Academy (“ABTA,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all online programs, courses, memberships, and educational services delivered through the ABTA Online Academy.

By enrolling in any course or program, you agree to the following terms:
All tuition and course fees must be paid according to the pricing and payment plan selected at the time of enrollment. For programs with installment plans:
ABTA reserves the right to withhold course access, support, and certification until full payment is received.
All tuition, deposits, and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of course progress or completion. This policy applies to all payment plans, full pay enrollments, and deposits.

If you withdraw, cancel, or fail to complete the program, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in:
Students with unpaid balances will not be permitted to enroll in future courses or receive certificates of completion.
Students are responsible for purchasing their own materials, tools, and equipment. Enrollment in a course does not guarantee a certificate of completion. Certificates are awarded only to students who demonstrate mastery of the skills taught.
All course materials, videos, lessons, and downloads are the intellectual property of ABTA and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes or legal action shall be brought in Dallas County, Texas.
ABTA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
By enrolling in an ABTA online course, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and policies outlined here.Â
